I'm excited for today! Why you might ask? Well it's because it's Supernatural Season Four Tuesday! Okay, so maybe you haven't heard of that Nationally Recognized Holiday, but if you haven't I'd suggest you celebrate it with me by going to Target and picking up their exclusive DVD set of Supernatural Season 4! It's going to have a bonus disc, and trust me Bonus Discs are well worth the additional $2 it's going to cost you. For $38 you can pick up the Target edition, get all of the amazing action of Dean, Sam and their angel pal Castiel plus see the stars of the show on the bonus disc which proudly holds 45 minutes of the guys at the San Diego Comic Con from last year.

This week head out to your local store and pick up Lie to Me from FOX. The first season is coming out today and I promise you that it's an entertaining show to watch. In a time where procedural crime dramas rely more on the hard evidence that can proof a crime, Lie to Me instead looks to let the people themselves provide that evidence. It's all in how your features shift that tells more than what the words coming out of your mouth are. Tim Roth stars as Dr. Cal Lightman of the Lightman Group that are privately hired by different companies and organizations to determine if people are telling the truth. Plot twists and details unfold as the team dig deeper into each mystery.

By the fourth episode you'll be using the tips and tricks taught in Lie to Me to pick up on the same behaviors on ...

New to buy this week is the Jim Carey film Yes Man which offers up some great laughs from a reliable cast of actors. Bradley Cooper makes his way through this film as the friend, and as an actor he's starting to make his place in cinema. I recall him from his days as Will Tippin on my favorite television show Alias, but you can also catch him in Kitchen Confidential and a few other choice movies where he's playing the friend or the other guy. Yes Man delivers the standard formula for a comedy with a romantic subplot. Boy has terrible history with relationships and isn't a good friend. Boy attends a seminar that instructs him to say "Yes" to every opportunity. Through a series of compliances with complete strangers he's put into the life of a girl. The girl is reckless and unique and nothing like anyone he's ...

This week the television series from USA In Plain Sight has been released onto DVD. The series follows the life of Federal Marshall Mary Shannon as she helps keep those placed into the Witness Relocation Program safe. Tangled up in the lives of those she's struggling to keep safe as well as her own dysfunctional family and personal relationships Mary McCormick is amazing as Mary Shannon. Another reason to watch is Mary's partner Marshall Mann (the running joke that his name is Marshall and he is a Federal Marshall hasn't been brought up too much in the show) Played by Frederick Weller he gives a bit of balance to Mary's less than subtle method of getting her point across. He's also pretty easy on the eyes and has a sense of humor to carry the supporting partner role on the show very easily.

The overall seasonal arc of In Plain ...

Out this week is the Disney Computer animated film Bolt! which I've been looking forward to since the trailers first showed that hilarious hamster in the ball. I've been watching trailer clips for it from that day forward and expect it to be a great film for the family. John Travolta has always had a great voice, and his inflections for this character are spot on in those times of 'danger' and 'great peril' that you really do begin to believe that perhaps he really can solve the problem and save the girl.

With newest edition to The Fast and the Furious movie series being released to theatres, of course there are special editions of the previous movies in the series. Personally I never really got into the Tokyo Drift movies overall plot, but I did like the setting and of course the style of driving.

The Quantum Solace hits ...
